A 1929 Bar Zim Toy Company Popeye’s bingo game. This dexterity toy comprises a cardboard sheet and five metal balls behind glass in a metal frame. The cardboard sheet features a printed depiction of Popeye punching one of five men standing in a line; the word balloon next to his head reads ‘Five In A Row, Eh!’. Below the image the cardboard sheet has a grid of twenty-five punched holes. The five metal balls roll freely inside the frame and the goal is to get five in a row to stay in place inside the grid. Instructions and the maker’s information is printed on the back.
