It is versatile enough to resist petrol, oils, acids, solvents, saltwater and UV rays, and can be used for anything from emergency repair to a water hose or air pipe to insulating electrical wires or connections. It can even be used for u-bends, strapping, tool grips, binding rope ends and protecting against corrosion.
