On the palate, this dull red drink offers light hints of fruit (mainly apple), with a prolonged closure flavour in which the penetrating note of vanilla stands out, pleasantly supported by the freshness of jasmine. This loose rooibos comes in a conveniently resealable pouch (net weight: 50g / 1.76oz). Preparation: 2-3 grams in 200 cc of natural mineral water at a temperature of 90 °C. Infusion time: 5 minutes. Ingredients: rooibos, apple, jasmine flowers, flavourings, 0.5% natural vanilla flavour. Recommended pairings: Tea biscuits and home-made cakes. Keep in a cold and dry place.
