Product Description 30cm/12" Authentic style Paella Pan with a non-stick coating so it is easy to clean and maintain. This pan is manufactured from Carbon steel to withstand high temperatures and ensure quick and even heat distribution. The two helper handles are riveted which is the strongest fixing possibler . It measures 30cm diameter x 6cm deep. It is suitable for oven use and all hob types including Gas, Glass/Ceramic, Halogen/Ceramic, Solid Plate/Fuel, Hot Plate and Induction. On induction hobs always start with a medium heat, and do not use high power settings or the booster function. We recommend you hand wash and dry it thoroughly after use, and do not use metal tools.
